The Independent Living Center of Southern California (ILCSC), a non-profit 501 (c)(3) consumer-based, non-residential agency provides a wide range of services to a growing population of People with Disabilities, including Youth, Older Adults, and Veterans…persons of all ages with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Stroke, Cancer, Autism, Visual Impairments, Arthritis, Loss of Hearing, Mental Illness, and Physical Impairments.
