L.A. City Hall Is Accessible to Persons with Disabilities Due To The Efforts of Activist Norma Jean Vescovo & Mayor Tom Bradley

It was not until Activist Norma Jean Vescovo asked Councilman Bradley that if he became Mayor, to make City Hall more accessible.
