For 47 years the ILCSC has been providing the essential skills People with Disabilities need to reach new levels of independence in life through the ILCSC Program of Services.
We serve Persons with Disabilities of all ages (including Youth, Older Adults and Veterans), and all disabilities.
We provide these services for the areas of Los Angeles City and County, including Glendale, Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita; and the Antelope Valley; including Lancaster, Palmdale; and a portion of Kern County.
Virtual classes are available.
