Dale Thalley is a retired banking executive with a distinguished 40-year career at Bank of America. Over the course of his tenure, he spent 30 years in various roles, including lending, retail banking branch management, and district management across the Los Angeles area. Additionally, he devoted 10 years to leading Insurance Services, overseeing operations across six western states. He retired as Senior Vice President in December 2012.
Dale has been an active member of the ILCSC Board for more than 40 years and currently serves as the Board Vice President and Treasurer. He has also led the board as President, serving two multiyear terms.
