Empowering Independence. Building Community.

We provide free services to help people with disabilities navigate housing, benefits, employment, and everyday life with confidence and support.

What ILCSC is

ILCSC is a community-based organization providing free support to people with disabilities across Los Angeles County.

We are not a medical or clinical program. Our role is to help you navigate systems, access resources, and build the skills needed to live more independently.

We work alongside you, based on your goals, your pace, and your situation.

Who We Are

For over 50 years, the Independent Living Center of Southern California (ILCSC) has supported individuals with disabilities in living independently and fully participating in their communities.

Who We Serve

We serve people of all ages with disabilities across Los Angeles County, including youth, adults, older adults, and veterans.
